Information you provide
When online requests are available, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, project city, project details, and contact consent. Builder bid requests also require a company name and email. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information.
How we use and deliver requests
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Requests are stored in the website database and, when email is connected, sent to the Glass Pro's office through Google. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
If online requests are unavailable, you can call or email us directly. Your email provider and ours process those messages under their own policies.
Storage and website services
The site runs on Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting services process technical request information to operate and protect the site. The application uses a short-lived keyed network identifier to limit spam; it does not store your raw IP address in enquiry records.
Website enquiry records are removed after 180 days during subsequent submission processing. Email correspondence and project records are managed separately by Glass Pro's. The site does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Access-restricted versions of the site use ChatGPT sign-in.
