Before the estimate

Gather photos, approximate dimensions, the property location, a short description of the concern, and your desired outcome. For new residential builds, include plans or specifications when available.

Before work begins

• Confirm the exact product or repair scope
• Review permit responsibility and items that depend on local codes
• Confirm access, protection, parking, and schedule
• Put warranty terms and exclusions in writing
• Discuss how concealed damage or changes will be handled

At completion

Review operation, locks, finish conditions, cleanup, care guidance, warranty documents, and any remaining items. A final walkthrough gives both parties a shared record of the finished scope.
